Less is more Challenge #243: something shiny

Less is more Challenge #243: something shiny.

First of all let me apologize for the little star sequins, usually I can do plain and empty but this card somehow needed them and when I added them, they made my heart sing a little. I did keep it to the bare minimum thought... lol...

Today my boyfriend surprised me with a box of crafting goodies he was given/found/salvaged from a warehouse clean up...:-D
In it was a puzzle maker, which intrigued me and so I tried it and it punches a whole puzzle if you have the patience.

I had been thinking about the challenge all day and I thought I could make an engagement card with the puzzle pieces.
A his and hers piece. First I made them by foiling the puzzle pieze, but it was too shiny in a way, garish if you like, so I switched to glorious glitter paper.
Then I set out to find the perfect match amongst my stamps, but I didn't find any, so I made my own and printed it with my laser printer.

Rereading it I wonder it it should day fit together perfectly or fit perfectly together? hmm not sure, does it matter? I hope not...
I was considering to lift up the puzzle pieces with foamdots but the glitter paper was too floppy. Might try it on the other print (two fit on one A4 size to made two versions)
the blue stars are actually the pink/lilacy ones coloured with my alcohol marker as I don't have those really small ones in other colors, but it worked, so I'm chuffed ;-)
