AAA Card Challenge #295: 1+1 Summer

 

Hello, this fortnight we have the 1+1 challenge again, meaning: take the centre prompt and add 1 from around it, I went Summer + Activity as in Surfing.

For my card I inkblended Distress inks trhough a mask: Mermaid Lagoon, Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers.

I then splattered it with water and white paint, for that ocean spray look.

On it I adhered diecuts from Dutch Doo Badoo: Haai Five

Easy simple so there's enough time left to go play outside, I'm not surfing, but sitting in the sun is fun.

AAA Colourful Challenge #18: july-Aug

 

Hello this month we have kind of a Halloween colour scheme? I miss purple, but green, yellow orange and a bit of red.

For my card I went stereo equalizer with the Uniko Equalizer stencil and Distress inks (Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin and Lumberjack plaid

I inkblended the Distress on the bottom of the card.

I then stamped and colored and cut out the robot from Clearly Besotted ( (Robot plushies), the sentiment  is from the same set.

AAA Card Challenge #294: Follow the Leader

 Hello, this fortnight we're following Tristan's Lead.

Her card features a kind of text blocked area/bachground and a yellow butterfly.

For my card I replaced the text block with a huge sentiment from Woodware Stamps (Hello).

And for the yellow I attached another Woodware set (Bee Happy). ounted the bee with foamtape.

AAA Birthday Card Challenge #75: Summer Birthday

 

Hello, this month it is Summer on our blog and what could be more Summer like than a trip to the Beach?

A pebble beach for me..don't like sand getting everywhare, but these cuties from Clearly Besotted (Sunny Day Play) don't seem to care.

The sentiment is also Clearly Besotted (Brushed Sentiments)

I colored the images with alcohol markers and I made the background with what ever ink wa son my brushes plus Tumbled Glass and Mermai Lagoon Distress ink. Mounted the cuties with foamtape and adhered them to the card.
