AAA Card Challenges #306: Follow the Leader Francesca

Hello Happy New Year, we're back with a Follow my lead challenge, this fortnight it's Francesca's card we take inspiration from.

As it's January but I'm making this card well in advance (July if you must know) I went for Christmas. I could have done Winter wishes, but I found these diecuts in my stash, so Merry Chrsitmas it is ;-)

I inkblended the snowflakes on the cardbase (Studio Light SL-ES-Mask353) with Distress inks that were left on my blending brushes.

The little diecuts I had from my Christmas Card, all different brands, I think Joy Crafts, Gummiapan for the Bauble, but I'm not sure and Jeanine art house.

I Look forward to your takes on the card, you can enter them here.

AAA Colourful #24

Hello, this month our theme is quite pink, like pink pink pink and some more pink...well it's almost Valentine's day, so I made one of those cards.

At first I wanted to use the Clearly Besotted Laugh out loud Love, but I didn't fancy any of them with my images which is also Clearly Besotted (Stupid Cupid)

I stamped the images with Extreme black ink from My Favorite Things and coloured them with Graph-it Brush markers and Spectrum Noirs.

Made the background with Distress inks and a cloud Stencil from Marianne Design (PS8024) and applied Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo and Spun Sugar and whatever was left on my inkblending brushes

Mounted the images with foamtape and adhered them to the cardbase.

The sentiment is also Clearly Besotted but went with Tiny type in the end and Versafine Morning mist

I'm looking forward to your card, you can enter them here.

AAA Birthday Challenge #81 January

Hello, Happy New Year, we're kicking off the new challenges with  "Winter Birthday" as our prompt.

I came up  some sort of Nothern Lights and a Polar Bear...Winter in the Artic?

I masked off an area of my card and applied Distress inks: Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass and Spun Sugar, then splattered with water and metallic water colors.

The sentiment is from My Favorite Things: Bitty Holiday Wishes and the Polar Bear is Marianne Design (EC0193) I colored it with Graphit Brush Markers.

It's my choice to choose a winner for this challenge, and I look forward to your makes, you can enter them here.
