Some Spectrum Noir marker coloring on Neenah solar white paper.
I used My Favorite things hybrid black ink for the stamping as I also planned Distress ink splatters, to fill some of the empty space, like confetti adding to the party feel.I made the panel slightly narrower that the cardbase, like I usually have to my watercolor paper, but now intentionally, so I can also add some washi tape to fill the gap and repeat the color of the balloon.
Mounted the panel with foamtapefor dimension whilst still keeping it CAS.
I didn't really like my other entry so I'm entering one more to the Virginia's view challenge
