Going Dotty

The Less is More challenge this fortnight: one layer and dots.

For my card I've used dies to make my stencil, then inkblended the rainbow with Distress inks on the cardbase.
I've used: Candied apple, Carved pumpkin, Mustard seed, Twisted Citron, Mermaid lagoon, Wilted violet and Picked Raspberry.

Then I stamped the sentiment on top with Versafine Clair ink, it's from Carlijn Design (gefeliciteerd set).

Few matching enamel dots around the perimeter.

  1. Such a beautiful card Maaike. Your handmade stencil is wonderful and your ink blending through it is flawless. This is a card that would brighten anyone's day. Thank you so much for sharing it with us at Less is More xx

  2. I used this die as a stencil for this challenge but mine was a total disaster, it looked terrible. Yours however is fab. I love your rainbow colours too. Simply gorgeous. Thanks for sharing with us at LiM, Lynne x

  3. Brilliant take on the LIM challenge theme and such vibrant colours too

    Happy Monday

  4. Fabulous, Maaike! Love this rainbow stencilling, perfect for our dotty challenge. Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at Less is More.
