It's Michelle's choice.
I've used the Katzelkraft stamps (Les Pingouins), And I stamped it with Gina K amalgam ink. the sentiment is from Joy Crafts (6410/0469) and I stamped that with Versafine Clair ink.
I chose the penguin as it really doesn't need colouring and it's holding a cup of something warm, I see coffee ;-). But I added some colour anyway with my markers, fully realizing it might seep through the card base to the inside. But I didn't want to leave it all B&W.

As I thought it would fit the Cheers challenge at Less is More I shall enter it there too, there's a dt card that uses coffee, I don't have many if any drinking related stamps.

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card. Like the placement of the image with the sentiment and the shading underneath gives this grounding-I can see it! I think adding a touch of colour was a good call and who cares if you can see it underneath! Thanks for joining Time Out x
