First:
Goodbye to May Flaum and goodluck to whatever is coming next for you, we will miss you on the SSS blog.
Now:
To create my card I've used a Memory Box stencil (garden birch trees) and inked a night sky with Distress inks on watercolor paper (I've used Chipped sapphire, seedless preserves and mustard seeds).
I made snowbanks with the My favorite things die set Snow drifts and inked those with Distress ink Tumbled glass to give them dimension.
The deer are diecuts from black cardstock and are from Yvonne creations (the Colourful Christmas series ycd10029)/
After sponging the trees I gave them dimension and moss with Distress inks Forest moss and Pumice stone.
Then cut the scene to neat up the edges and cut, quite a lot off the top to make it fit the card, if I hadn't the branches would start a lot lower and not look quite right with my deer prportions.
Added some tickets with seasonal sentiments from the Joy Crafts! stampset with die Movie tickets 6004/0001.
Inked the edges and the ticket with brushed curduroy. Then stapled them to the card.

Super gave kerstkaart, Maaike! Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Hugs, Sandra
