You keep me anchored

I made this card for the blue challenge over at:
 Addicted to CAS
and
the Sprays/Mists challenge at the Less is more blog.

I've used the Distress Spray Stains in mermaid  lagoon and picket fence.
First I sprayed it in the corner and then used the same mermaid lagoon to splatter drops from the nozzle as with the white, mostly to break up all that solid blue in the bottom and make it look more like water and bubbles.

The anchor and sentiment are from Joy Crafts! seashore and vintage flourishes.

I simply die cut the anchor to make a window and then raised the panel with foamdots so the shadow in the window would define the anchore more, the card panel underneath gives it color, so I could stick to the blue challenge and keep it as CAS as possible. It's so me ;-)

Update September 20th:
yay I won! I'm so honoured to be chosen as the winner on this wonderful blog
