So for my lilac I first chose shaded lilac, but it was too blue so I added a layer of wilted violet on top and for the turqoise I chose peacock feathers.
I inkblended it on top of a panel I used an embossingfolder and waxpaper to create a resist.
The sentinement is from Avery Elle and I used Ranger dye inks grape soda and Caribbean coast to stamp in.
Some diecuts of snowflakes in glitterpaper, more or less in the same hue and some Ranger enamel accents in white as falling snow.

ReplyDeleteLovely technique, Maaike, it looks beautiful. I too thought Shaded Lilac was too blue so also chose others for my blending.
