For my card I made a stencil with thin circle dies and cut out a pattern from some acetate, card would also work, but might not be as reusable as is gets damp from the inkblending.
I used Distress ink Spun sugar and a mini inkblending foam to apply a light hand of bubble gum looking bubbles, always starting in the right bottom corner so the ink is the darkest and gives a bit of shading to the bubbles.
I've done a card similar to this with blue bubbles, I like the pink, it's subtle and lets the sentiment shine.
The sentiment is from Viva decor (qoutes 4003014200) and I stamped it over the bubbles with Versafine onyx black ink.
Very simple, one layer and lovely card :-)
